By using PDFHub.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Free vs Pro Services

PDFHub.AI offers both free and paid (Pro) services. Free users have daily usage limits (3 PDF tasks, 3 AI questions, 3 OCR pages per day for guest users; 5/day for registered free users). Pro subscribers enjoy unlimited access, no ads, and additional features.

3. Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Gumroad. You can cancel at any time through your Gumroad library. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PDFHub.AI for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

6. No Warranty

PDFHub.AI is provided "as is" without any warranties. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all PDF conversions will be perfect.

7. Limitation of Liability

PDFHub.AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PDFHub.AI constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
